Where the enquiry concerns a potential contract or pre-contractual steps, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies. For general B2B enquiries and business correspondence, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR applies on the basis of the company’s legitimate interest in handling business enquiries and maintaining corporate communication. Marketing consent is not required to use the contact form.
5. Retention
Data is retained until the enquiry is closed and for the period reasonably required for related communication. If correspondence becomes part of contractual, accounting or legal records, applicable statutory retention duties apply. Data processed on legitimate-interest grounds is deleted when the purpose ends and no overriding legal reason requires continued processing.

Hosting and e-mail providers may act as technical service providers. Contact messages are delivered to the e-mail account used by LAWTER HUNGARY KFT. Personal data is disclosed only to the extent necessary.

The website uses server-side validation, nonce protection, anti-spam/rate-limiting measures and supports encrypted HTTPS connections. E-mail transmission remains subject to the inherent risks of internet e-mail.
